Rita Cefalu is one of CRPC’s newer members (2021). She and her husband, Richard, recently moved from CA to FL after Richard retired from formal pastoral ministry where he served in San Diego for the past 40 plus years. They are delighted to be in Ft. Lauderdale and look forward to serving Christ’s kingdom along with the saints at CRPC!
Rita has a Ph.D. in Biblical Theology from Queen’s University Belfast and has been privileged to teach for several colleges and universities for the past fifteen years. Prior to that, Rita was director of women’s ministries for Cornerstone Chapel and Westminster Seminary CA, where she served as registrar and dean of women students. Rita has a passion for God’s Word and loves to mine the unsearchable riches that lead to Christ and his kingdom. She is a published
author, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, walks on the beach, and bike-riding.
